Architecture to marvel at
The sweeping arch that seems to balance weightlessly above the concert hall is one of the most photographed motifs on Tenerife, especially in the evening light, when the white mosaic skin shimmers. Even a walk around the outside is worthwhile; the best perspective is from the harbour promenade.
Concerts & tours
The Auditorio is home to the symphony orchestra and offers opera, classical, jazz and ballet. If you want to look inside without attending a concert, you can join a guided tour. Right next door lie the Palmetum and the sea swimming pool, good for a full day in the capital.
